From the Famous 03A, 2003 Fall Ready to Wear Runway Collection. 

Features satin strips with iconic snap collection hooks/buttons. This mid length dress zips up the back. The top is Camellia print lace which hooks in the back at the neck, forming a keyhole effect until it meets the fabric in the back. Lined with Chanel Camellia satin. Fabric is textured with a slight sheen.
